📦 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most pincodes across India 🇮🇳 through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
⏱️ 2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🚛 3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🔍 4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
You can also check your order status anytime by entering your Order ID in the “Track My Order” section on our website.
💬 5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If you’re unavailable during both attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delays.
⚠️ 6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you notice that your package is tampered or damaged upon delivery:
- Please do not accept the package.
- Immediately contact us at support@trustedsale.in with your order ID and photos of the package.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
🚫 7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, holidays).
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
