Thank you for shopping with Trusted Sale! We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, don’t worry. We offer easy returns and exchanges based on the conditions below.
✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange / Refund if
- 📦 You received the wrong product or it doesn’t match the description.
- 🧾 Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete.
- ⚠️ The product quality isn’t satisfactory.
If your order meets any of these, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via, email at support@trustedsale.in.
Please share:
- Your order ID.
- 4–5 photos/videos showing the product and original packaging.
🔄 Return Process
- Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 4–5 working days.
- Once received and inspected, a replacement or store credit refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
💰 Refund & Store Credits
- Refunds are made via store credits / gift cards / Original Payment Method on TrustedSale.in.
- If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a credit coupon of equal value.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once packed, the cancel option will be disabled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders appear in your account within 7–10 business days.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- We currently ship across India 🇮🇳.
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days (based on pincode).
- You’ll receive tracking updates via “Track My Order” page.
🔁 Exchange Timeline
- Reverse pickup arranged in 4–5 days.
- Replacement product dispatched 4–5 days after the return is received.
